Good. The material is ok. Standard compression stockings. Fingers fit better than most brands. Judging by the measurements, the calves and ankles fit well. However, the socks are so high that I had to fold the top down about an inch, maybe a couple of inches more, and then after a few hours the back leg compression was wrong and painful. I chose not to return them because I wore them to work. I end up trimming the top inch and half straight off of them. So if you're not tight I'd say it's a safe buy.
