Nice training long sleeve shirt
I usually wear tops between S and M and prefer a looser fit. I went for the medium one and it was a bit tight for my hands and quite squeezable overall. You could try going up a size to see how it fits, but I still really like this one, I just don't always want my clothes to be tight. I'm 5'0, 125-130 pounds, athletic build.
