Stuck constantly

video speaks for itself. This super expensive junk doesn't even clear up 1 inch. Called Irobot support and sent a replacement device (Incident: 190719-003160). The replacement device gave the same error, opened another case ([Incident: 190726-002073]. They were unable to resolve my issue for several days, which involved multiple reboots/factory resets, bizarre button presses, etc., even though I told them so It seemed to be a software problem, they wanted to send me another replacement and then I decided to send it back.
