The product is very easy to use for both administrators as well as end users. It's not only capable of detecting malware but also has some capabilities in terms of threat intelligence gathering. I do like that it can be used at different levels within an organization (from desktops all the way up to cloud). As mentioned above, it does have its downsides. For example, if you're looking for something more specific than just general anti-malware protection then this might not work so great. We've been using Mendel primarily to protect our internal networks against known attacks such as WannaCry, NotPetya, etc.
