The socket looks solid and well made. I really like this plug/socket. Thanks to its shape, you can connect a 3-pin cable or a transformer. Kitchen utensils often have 3 prongs and stick out a few inches. This exit puts them aside and aside. The photo shows a diffuser and a large transformer for a kitchen appliance. USB outlets work with iPad, Samsung S3 tablet and Fire 8. They do not support fast charging and the charging item does not indicate that it is not the included charger. I haven't used it for travel yet, but it will come in very handy when the need arises.
