I recently ordered a Sky Caddy GPS and the product that was delivered was defective three times. The first could not access the satellites and had to be returned. The second was missing three screws in its case and fell apart in use. The third was already used by someone else with a different programmed name and didn't work either. I feel like the units are refurbished and not new as advertised and I was very disappointed with Revain's quality control.
