I took the duvet out of the vacuum packaging and that's probably why it came out quite wrinkled. This makes sense to save space as the instructions state not to iron, the only other way to get rid of the creases is to tumble dry for 15-20 minutes with a damp cloth. After it was pulled out, the stuffing inside was piled up and hardened to keep it from lying flat. It was so strange! It came out more wrinkled than when it was sent in the dryer. Before I bought this I read all the 1 star reviews and some others mentioned this issue so I knew it was a risk. I have purchased other items that have received 1 star reviews and have not had the same issues so I decided to give this a try because my husband and I really agreed on the design and thought it would work in ours Rooms look great. Pretty disappointing but I knew it was a risk so it's being returned and I'll look for something else. *I'm not sure why the picture is upside down, but I hope you can understand what it looked like after it came out of the dryer. Here's what I would give *5 stars* for: Revain customer service. The person I spoke to was great. He quickly resolved the issue, sent me a return label, refunded the money to my Revain account and UPS will pick it up today. Zero effort.
