I installed this air curtain over my back door that leads to the covered porch. I live in the Houston area and the summers are hot. At first I thought it was fantasy. I have found that the humidity and temperature in this room increases dramatically if the door is left open for a long period of time. I was still confident until I realized it more and more over time. I received my first electricity bill after receipt. It went up about $20 and the next one went up about $40. That's the biggest electric bill I've had in the last 6 years since all my kids left. I argued a few more weeks thinking I had 90 days to return it through Revain only to find out the company only offers 30 days and I have an extra month. I really like the idea, just not sure if it's suitable for home use. I still see mosquitoes in the house, maybe even more than before the installation. Good luck with your decision.
