It's easy to use because it has an intuitive interface with many options for customization. You can also create graphs using this software. I like how detailed they are about their reports so if there something missing then just let them know what would help! They have great support too which helps when needed. Nothing really but maybe more features could be added such as being able to customize some of these details better than currently available (for example having different colors). Also adding other logs besides Apache access will make things easier since not everything goes through apache by default. We're solving our issue regarding security breaches via bots/hackers accessing servers without authorization. The most important thing I like about awstat it's simplicity to use for any level of users with no need additional tools required! It has helped me solve many problems regarding logs analysis since we started using this software at our organization (we are an ISP). We have been able not only see what type/kinds traffic each client sends but also how much bandwidth they consume per month which helps us make better decisions when planning new services offered by ourselves.
