Review on KONOLL Oxidation Anti Rusting Multipurpose Professional by Tammy Pochmara

This knife has a fairly grippy handle despite being metal throughout (which bothered me). The blade is instantly sharp. The handle is hollow, which balances the knife slightly forward, and this, combined with the relatively flat belly, makes this knife better suited for slicing than things like Chiffonade. The knife comes with a sheath (plastic, not velvet lined, I prefer that). It comes in a plain cardboard box with a plastic sleeve to protect the knife during transit. My previous Konoll knives came in a thick foam-lined cardboard case that was much prettier but MUCH less recyclable.
