Review on Enhanced Night Vision 3.6mm Wide Angle Car Rear View Reversing Backup Camera by Andre Stephens

Bought and installed on the rear window of my SUV. I mounted it high to give me a good view of everything behind me and to help tow a trailer. I thought once in the cockpit there would be no problems with rain. I also liked the alignment markers to see distance behind me. It worked reasonably well for starters, although it had a pink halo around it, and definitely not as good as the Acura's OEM camera, especially at night (I think I get glass reflections for the IR LED), but for the price was good. After about 6 months (installed last summer) I see a pink stripe in the middle of the lens. Between poor night vision (useless) and new lines down the center of the lens, a new camera is needed. This time it won't be a camera with the LED night vision option, but a camera with a nominally low light level.
