The first set I bought, worked well - - until I tried to recharge it. The charger wouldn't work. (Even my husband, the engineer who has had hearing aids for decades, couldn't make it work.) So I exchanged that set.The next set worked well for about a week. Then one earpiece stopped working and the next day the other earpiece stopped working. I tried recharging them, and that marginally worked - -for a short time. By the third recharge effort, they refused to function at all. So I returned the set and looked for a different product. Very disappointing!
