My husband makes a living from recording and production. He was impressed. We wanted this for easy voice recording at home and are happy with it. It is quite easy to assemble and easy to use according to him. The microphone itself is very thick. It's metal, not plastic. We're not going to top this thing, but if we did, I think it would pass the test. I love that you can attach it to a table, but wish it had an alternative way of mounting it. It arrived nicely packaged. The audio interface appears to be a legitimate Behringer product, but everything else is not. I noticed that the rubber part that is supposed to hold the table in place fell off as soon as I opened it, but other than that we are very pleased. This is clearly not a blue mic, but it will do the job.
