The so-called free download is not available. If you try to download, you will be forced to upgrade to a newer version than you are willing to pay for the upgrade. I couldn't find a way to just download what I was supposed to be able to do with the voice recorder. The upgrade costs almost as much as the recorder. The return window closed before I knew it. So if I want to use that, I have to buy updated software. I wouldn't have bought this if I knew as there are other brands that are cheaper considering the price of the software. No one has ever answered my emails regarding this download scam. how is it legal Offering free software that is not available is false advertising.
