Review on VTech Rock Bop Music Player by Mark Young

Bought this for my 3 year old son who loves preschool songs and sings along. I thought he would think it would be so cool to have his own music player, headphones and games as a plus. The description said that there are many songs. What I didn't know was that almost all the songs are instrumental with no lyrics to sing along to. He doesn't care. Only 7 songs have lyrics/lyrics. I can buy him a CD of 100 nursery rhymes for half price. It's not worth it for instrumental music that sounds like any other toy humming in the background. There are also only about 3 games. If you know what I said and agree with it, I can recommend you. But if you're waiting for words, I don't recommend it. I'm disappointed. I expect it to be half the price, and perhaps the only reason it's worth what it does is the extra headphones. The good thing is that the volume is pretty well controlled, you can turn it down pretty quiet, vtech makes the toys durable and the screen is nice.
