I love this Farberware Y-Peeler! The grip fits my grip very well and the plastic is grippy but not sticky. The blade is really sharp and the angles are just right for peeling. So far I've used it with cucumber, potato and carrot and have been happy with its performance on all three. The Potato Eye Tool works great too. The blade comes with a blue protective film, which I only noticed the first time I washed it. Definitely delete them! I can't judge whether that's really "professional level" and I don't care. I am impressed with its design and how well designed the grip is. It lies very comfortably in the hand and is safe to use. I am impressed. It's clearly better than other cleaners I've had before. And sharper and more comfortable to use. As you would expect, I give this scrub a solid 5 stars. I like it.
