Product Information that Is False and Terrible Customer Service

I just bought a workout item from the Airex online store after being intrigued by their staff's alleged passion for health and charity. My interaction with this company, however, was hardly positive. First off, the product information provided on their website was false and inconsistent with what I really received. I contacted their customer support department, but I only received unhelpful and disrespectful responses. In addition, my product's shipping was delayed without my knowledge, which prevented me from attending a planned workout. The company's customer service department was unresponsive and unremorseful when I tried to get in touch with them to remedy the problem. It was obvious that their team's professed dedication to customer service and health did not align with their behavior. Overall, I had a terrible and stressful experience with the Airex online store. To anyone looking for dependable and trustworthy fitness products and customer service, I would not suggest this business.
