Peace of mind for the extra money

My 3.5 year old loves to build with bricks, lego, lincoln trunks etc. I used to run a nursery and one of the most popular toys in any nursery there were Magnatiles in our area. I bought them because I knew first hand after watching kids in the K-6 class bang them around the ears and never had a tear. My 1 year old puts everything in her mouth and I'm afraid she has a magnet in her stomach. I bought Magnatilas because I am convinced of the construction and strength of this brand that even my little Ruzilla cannot break them. crossed fingers So far they've been smashed, smashed, thrown and it looks like they just came out of the box. Both girls love them and I love building with them too so it's great to spend time together. Over time I'll have to buy a few big packs to make sure there's enough for the cities we want to build, but the big pack is a good place to start. None of the pieces are small enough for my one year old to swallow down her throat. (This is why I stick to 3D shapes). The magnets are strong enough, the colors are vibrant and that new rivet feature (new to me) helps with security, or at least it looks like it.
