The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to listen if you have any questions or concerns about our project in a live chat session, emailing them back with quick responses, etc. I never feel like they need my full attention for too long before getting what we need. It's great that they can do research using Google Docs as well without me having to copy/paste information into an excel spreadsheet each time. Sometimes it takes more than 24 hours to send out emails so be prepared that sometimes things don't get sent in right away. Also, some of us forget to add the correct attachments (usually the contract itself) when submitting our work requests so we end up waiting longer than expected until someone sees our message request. We use the software daily to keep track of our projects which helps ensure timely payments.
