UPDATE. 3.12.2020. Zoncar contacted me and very generously offered to fix the situation with their product. I see this as a win-win, now it's a 5 star rating. They found that there might be some issues with my particular model. I enjoy this super bright product with some difficulties for free. You should have no reservations when buying from Zoncar as they have proven they take the time to get things right. The lights are very bright and white. I estimate they are 40% brighter than OEM bulbs. The installation of these lamps is done by pushing the lamp into the lamp housing and the lamp must be snapped and held. It didn't work on my 2007 Yukon XL. They were very difficult to insert (even tried wd-40 on the o-ring) and they wouldn't snap into place. So I spent almost an hour identifying the problem and making some changes. As a designer and manufacturer I would say the parts look good and are well made. I believe it was a size error rather than a defect. In order for them to work, the following changes had to be made: Lightbulbs. They were 30% thinner. Additional modifications were required to address the lack of fixation issue. On the mating surface of the plastic part of the bracket there were 3 small convex plastic protrusions that prevented the latch from reaching the latch on the case. I had to sharpen with a knife, cut them off. Then use a file to align these protrusions with the mating surface (providing additional installation depth) to ensure fixation. These LED bulbs are designed for plug and play installation. I expected it to take about 10 minutes per bulb to remove the old one and install the new bulb. But more than an hour was spent removing the headlight housings (reflectors) from the car, disassembling, identifying and troubleshooting the parts of the headlights. I like the color and brightness of the lamps. Assembly and installation failed.
