Review on 🌙 Superior Source Calming Formula: L-Theanine and Melatonin Sublingual Tablets - 60 Ct" by Erica Williams

I am giving 5 stars because it works to calm you down. The taste isn't great and it doesn't dissolve so easily that I had to chew it with my teeth. It works pretty fast and I only use one, I think if I tried two it would make me sleepy. When it comes to sleep I have insomnia and take melatonin gummies and have found that I sleep better at night using this earlier in the day or evening. If you don't mind that it's not very tasty but you need to chill, this works really well compared to others I've tried.
