I like that it's easy to use, they offer many different options for storage space depending upon your needs, and their customer service team are very helpful! It would be nice if you could have an option other than just "Inbox" or "Outbox". Mailboxes can get pretty confusing sometimes as there are so many features to pick from. We solved our outbound email problem by using this service with no problems at all. This was definitely one of the best decisions we made when setting up our business website. There were some things like getting used to how emails work compared to traditional mail services but after trying them, we decided we'd rather stick with them. Their support is incredible and extremely knowledgeable about everything mailbox related which makes solving issues super simple. Our main focus now is having good communication between employees via email and we've been able to do this better since switching to mailbox.org.
