Review on EcoTools Delicate and Exfoliating 🌿 Bath Sponge: Crafted from 100% Recycled Materials by Susan Cox

In general I am quite satisfied with the product. A few months ago I tried the ecotools washcloth and was really impressed with how soapy it got, how well it flaked off and how gentle it was. I couldn't find them in nearby stores so after consuming I resorted to other brands until I found them at Revain. I ordered a delicate 6 pack and received all 6 unlike some other reviewers (note: I bought directly from Amazon). Most of the time I like these replacements. They are gentle on the skin, but still exfoliate very well. I've been using mine for 3 weeks and haven't had any durability issues. However, my main issue is that they don't lather as well as my original. With my old one I applied shower gel once, lathered it up, scrubbed my body, rinsed off and was able to do a second scrub without additional body gel because there was so much lather left. With these new ones I have to apply a new body gel for the second scrub which unfortunately means I have to change body gel in half the time. And this is with the same shower gel (I bought in bulk last year and am still working with it). Overall I think the effectiveness is 5/5. I've tried many brands and ecotools definitely has one of the best balances of softness and effective exfoliation. But I'm deducting a star because the foam, while not bad, isn't as good as I was hoping.
