Read many reviews before buying. So for small/limited use it's great. very light weight. looks like someone's science project. worked 3 days. 7 batteries charged. However, the charger was unable to charge to 24V, guess my batteries were too weak. however, brought them to 12-14 volts. The charger at the end of day 3 showed 7 volts on the display. When the 120AC power supply is turned on, nothing changes on the display. If the battery is disconnected, the display will not turn on. The fan does not spin. After looking under the cover you notice a very simple circuit board and a small transformer. If I had known. Perhaps, as other reviewers have said, the fan stopped and the transformer failed due to overheating. In any case, the device no longer works, amazon has requested a return. In the meantime, I keep charging from my delicate 12V battery. You can buy and modify the fan and see if the device lasts longer.
