Great for my toddler with eczema/TSW!
Yes, the handles will be snug like Bert's bees, so if your kid is stocky I probably won't take them. The fabric suits my daughter with skin issues very well and her feet are big enough (but not too big!) to give her toes room to move comfortably. Thick enough fabric to keep warm and protect it from scratches, but breathable skin, it won't overheat or become irritated! We love these ππ½
