Sturdy and useful in the kitchen and dining room
They do exactly what you want them to do. They hold the bag tight and keep it closed. With the clip, the contents of the bag stay fresh for longer. The clamps were pretty strong - there are no weak parts. There are two potential downsides that didn't concern me but might concern some people. a little too stiff if you have hand issues preventing you from gripping tightly. Second, the corners are sharp. They aren't sharp like blades, but I used them to cut through the packaging. You may not want small children to touch them.
