I love this pillow, it was wrapped tightly and when I opened it I was like oh no, it's too soft and not at all the support I needed But then I fluffed it a little, and as if by magic it began to rise and fill beautifully. Then I checked it out a few hours later and WOW it was 3 times bigger and unfortunately fluffy but that night was a real challenge, my head merged with the pillow but not fully, even supported my shoulders so well ( so I sleep on my back with my shoulders on the pillow) I'm also 5ft 2 and about 95lbs so yes I'm petite but my husband tried he doubled me he said to wow he just wanted it to come in king size. I ended up taking out some of the super padding because it was very thick, but now it's amazing how it fits my shoulders, neck and head. I've had the pillow for over a month and have never slept better, I had to remove "MY PILLOW" as it's definitely a 5 star deal.
