Excellent quality although plastic. USB connections are solid, there is no chance of accidentally leaving. The terminals on the back are positive and the right size. My only complaint that made me switch is the lack of fast charging on my Note 9. When using Google Maps and streaming music, the charger keeps up with the power consumption. So it will charge but the phone will not fully charge. It's okay, but I disassembled my car's dashboard to fix something else, so I decided to replace it with another one. If you don't need to fast charge Samsung phones, this is a great option, albeit more expensive than other options.
