Update: Having used this grill for our 'season' I wanted to update my review to say this is definitely a great purchase. You made the right choice! Used this grill for the first time today. We have a high school license and needed a grill to replace our old one that had rusted and was no longer usable. It was a commercial model, but our budget didn't allow us to spend more than $1,000 on a new commercial model. This seems to be working fine. It is smaller and therefore easier to clean. The removable drip tray is a great addition that our old one didn't have. It was easy to clean. We used a sponge with plastic scrapers on one side and scrubbed it while it was still warm so it was light and didn't burn the grease. The rollers spun and cleaning was a breeze. Everything has been good so far and it really was the right size for our needs!
