Review on 💚 Fluorescent Green Solid Color Satin Ribbon - 1/4", 25 yards: Elegant and Vibrant Décor Essential by Denise Davis

The ribbon is beautiful. The color is bold and perfect for my project. BUT. Tape is NOT wound on the spool. It's wrapped around a thin piece of foam cut into a circular shape. It always dissolves, and not just a little. PLEASE wind this tape onto the spool. Even a plastic spool. I also bought a pink color which again is nice but not great. I cut 4 circles out of thick cardboard and glued them to the top and bottom of the two rolls of tape. I would happily give it 5 stars because I had no problem getting it on time and I would only recommend it if they rolled it up on a roll. So sorry.
