Bucky pillow not only for the lower back but also for the neck! A 300 pound machine collapsed on my back, neck and head. It was really bad rushing to the emergency room. I won't bore you with my extensive injuries, let alone suffering for years. Terrible migraines that put me out of action for several days due to a herniated disc in my neck. Then I found The Bucky Lumbar Pillow, since then I can honestly say I haven't had a migraine. It hugs my neck perfectly. I can use it alone, on top of another pillow, or I can glue two pillows together and place Bucky in the middle between them. It's adjustable, it lasts for years. I have had 2 black ones and a dark brown one for the sofa for 8 years. I really can't live without it. It's organic. Washable. I bought 1 from Amazon and 2 from Bucky because it was out of stock on Amazon for some reason I don't know.
