This pillow maintains the natural curve of my back on long rides. Since using this product, I no longer have painful back pain! I like that the support can be adjusted as needed by moving/removing some of the filler.

I love the comfy handles on either side because I use them in the car for lumbar support so I can grab the handles and place them exactly where I need them. I hung it up under the California sun for a day which greatly reduced the smell and after a while it completely went away.
