Amazing back support/riding comfort

This pillow maintains the natural curve of my back on long rides. Since using this product, I no longer have painful back pain! I like that the support can be adjusted as needed by moving/removing some of the filler.

This is the second product I have purchased from Bucky. First was the neck pillow, it was half full (had to buy a refill as the company has no way of contacting them, the review didn't leave a reply) as I really like the pillow and it works (when properly filled). ), I kept it and gave this company another try. I ordered a black Bucky lumbar pillow, it came in red. There's nothing wrong with the scheme of life, but please, Bucky Company, get together and pay attention. It's expensive to make so

Fully adjustable and washable, ideal for the car

This pillow is great! I like that the cover is removable and washable. I love the comfy handles on either side because I use them in the car for lumbar support so I can grab the handles and place them exactly where I need them. Most importantly, the pouch inside that contains the buckwheat husks also has a zipper so you can remove or add as much filling as you like to get just the amount of support you need. It's very full so I removed almost half of the buckwheat husk and kept it because it…

Bucky pillow not only for the lower back, but also for the neck!

Bucky pillow not only for the lower back but also for the neck! A 300 pound machine collapsed on my back, neck and head. It was really bad rushing to the emergency room. I won't bore you with my extensive injuries, let alone suffering for years. Terrible migraines that put me out of action for several days due to a herniated disc in my neck. Then I found The Bucky Lumbar Pillow, since then I can honestly say I haven't had a migraine. It hugs my neck perfectly. I can use it alone, on top of…

Lightning fails repeatedly.

This is the third time I buy these pillows. I have had blue, black and red for a number of years. And every time the flash didn't work. sometimes after their few months. But this time it didn't work right away. If you want to remove the cover for washing, it fails even earlier. I've used them for whiplash in the neck and back. Much better with buckwheat hull than any other type of filler. For that, they work amazingly. But zippers are cheap. it would be better if they used velcro strips. At…

Bucky Smell Revised

I really like these pillows and I found the odd smell went away after a few days. I hung it up under the California sun for a day which greatly reduced the smell and after a while it completely went away. I have recommended this pillow to several people with the caveat that they may need airing. I have degenerative disc disease and the Bucky pillow provides the greatest pain relief without a doubt. Original review This is my second Bucky Baxter lumbar pillow and it is not the same as the first…

Adjustable hardness and portability!

I never thought I would become an expert in lumbar support. In the last year I have been cursed with many back problems. So I tried all kinds of support pillows. Of the four I tried, this was the first to exceed my expectations. The best way I can describe it is that it can be firm, like high-density foam, or pliable, like memory foam. Any amount of buckwheat can be removed to soften it or left whole for more support. It's versatile, I usually use it for my lower back, but it also works when I…

Very Happy Loyal Customer

This is the third Bucky Baxter back support pillow I have purchased. I first bought it after injections in my lumbar spine and I needed long distance driving assistance. It served its purpose and quickly found its way into my home and my favorite armchair. Shortly after, I bought a second one which provides excellent knee support before bed. These little pillows brought a lot of relief and comfort even after the surgery, so I now have two to sleep on and one for my favorite chair. They are so…

Pros
  • Home & Kitchen
Cons
  • Compatibility

I've researched many lumbar pillows and most of them had two main disadvantages: 1. They were too thick (too large in diameter) so they put a lot of pressure on the back. 2. They were too high, apparently designed for people with very long torsos. The lumbar pillow must match the height of the lumbar curve to support only the lumbar region. The diameter required will vary depending on how soft and squishy the chair you are sitting on. Over 30 years ago a physical therapist advised me to make my
