I never thought I would become an expert in lumbar support. In the last year I have been cursed with many back problems. So I tried all kinds of support pillows. Of the four I tried, this was the first to exceed my expectations. The best way I can describe it is that it can be firm, like high-density foam, or pliable, like memory foam. Any amount of buckwheat can be removed to soften it or left whole for more support. It's versatile, I usually use it for my lower back, but it also works when I need neck support. I move it around a lot so I needed something that could be adjusted based on position and assist level. It has a handy size so it doesn't take up more space than necessary. Thanks to the handles on the sides, it is very easy to take it and put it where you need it. It has become a permanent fixture in my room. I would recommend it to those who have lower back issues and need something adjustable and portable.
