I bought this as a gift and my friend loved it. You must read carefully because I almost missed it, but it is only an outer cover, not a pillow. I bought a regular pillow you can buy at Walmart and put it in a cover. It is exactly like the picture and I love it. I'm also considering getting one for my home. I highly recommend it.
