I have had neck pain, tension headaches etc for many years. I can no longer sleep on normal sized pillows and ended up sleeping on the thinnest pillow I had in the house which was an old tattered piece. I decided to try and find a better pillow for myself. When I say I want a thin pillow, I mean THIN. This pillow was the thinnest new pillow I found on the list and the price was good so I took a chance and have no regrets. This pillow is flat on one side but I didn't realize it so I actually woke up the first night thinking it was quite uncomfortable. Then I realized I had flipped it. I think this is a good feature because it helps maintain support since one side is flat. The zippered cover is sooooo soft and cuddly! I love it. The pillow appears to be of very good quality. I don't normally use memory foam, but I haven't woken up with sleep-induced neck pain. If I could suggest possible improvements to this pillow given my neck issues I would love if I could get this pillow with a recess for my head so I can sleep very flat basically ONLY my neck pillow was supported. This will be my dream pillow!
