Soft to the touch, seems durable, came with a tear in the angled elastic

I have this on the company's Tempurpedic 13inch ProAdapt Luxe. I'm also testing it on an adjustable frame (which means the material will stretch, change shape, etc. It goes well with the bed. Mine arrived torn, working on a replacement, so low score at the moment. (Quality Control). So As far as it holds it fell off once or twice when adjusted to a seat height TV Quality aside from tearing seems good Sheets are soft enough the length allows me to tuck the sheets in ( no stretch sheets).
