I like that it is very easy to use and has many features. It also allows you to easily add new modules with ease. The customer service is great as well. This program is perfect for people who have never used an ERP system before or those who are looking for something more advanced than their current system offers. There are some things that could be improved. For example, I wish it would let me have different types of reports instead of just one type. Also, I wish there was a way to see historical data of one module without having to go to another module. I highly recommend this product. We were using Sage 50 but we realized that this software offered much more flexibility in the reporting department.
