
I like their ability to handle both simple bots as well complex conversational flows across many languages or dialects (Japanese in my case). It's still early days but they need some time before it will really be able too get everything working properly from different geos/langauges without any customizations needed etc.. Currently using chatbots within our website which has been extremely beneficial since we are talking about ecommerce solutions here! We have also used them mainly because of there extensive knowledge base available when doing anything related bot design / development so far haven't come up against issues yet either even though i do not work directly under rasA HQ :) They seem quite responsive overall compared other vendors out ther who don' t reply back quickly enough nor provide satisfactory answers regarding certain questions you might encounter along your way through projects such us :), pricing model(which seemed reasonable)etc 1) Support team was always available to help us during office hours2). They were able resolve issues in an efficient manner3.) Easy integration of chatbot into our website (Wordpress), which had helped improve user engagement4.). We are using them as Customer Service agent where they provide services like FAQs or any other queries related product/services5 ). I do not have anything negative about their service from my side6).
