When I removed the plastic from pumice stone I had to use a knife to remove it.. my table and me plus my hands. I have yet to wash it off and there is dust from it on the table. i tried to clean the toilet bowl, it partially still has light spots in the toilet bowl. had to keep rubbing the end of the pumice stone to get some of its flavor. it took 1/2 hour to partially clean the toilet bowl .Under the rim to clean underneath and it's still black.It can't be washed off as it still has some dirt on it.I decided not to request a refund as I threw both of them away.
