It seemed pretty solid and durable. although there are two problems. First, the total disorientation, and I had to constantly tweak it to decide which way was the right one. Secondly, although this is for women, if you are very small and petite, they will still be too big for you. I'm barely 5ft 1in and just over 100lbs and my husband pulled it all the way in and it still hasn't given me any support. I had to return it. If you're not petite like me, I think it's worth a try. I was impressed with the build quality. You may need to try a few different possibilities before figuring out how to wear it properly.
