Review on πŸ” Veber Black 25-75x70 Spotting Scope by Goro Akechi ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Quite good, but I expected more from it.

I handed it back to the store because of poor-quality optics and a broken fastening thread (the thread remained at the very end) - the length of the bolt of my photo tripod was not enough for fasteners. I recommend not looking at cheap Chinese, but choosing something from LZOS, KOMZ or YUKON - they also have their drawbacks, errors and features, but everything is known in comparison - for the same price we get a normal optical device with a watchable picture, and not something "dark". It's better to be than to seem.

Pros
  • Convenience of observation due to the location of the eyepiece at an angle. Assembled with good quality.
Cons
  • Bad dark optics (at night, light sources are visible as spots - no matter how you tune in), a small field of view, "no" complete tripod - for show. At a magnification of 75x, the tube almost "blinds" (this is with such a large aperture - 70 mm). More suitable for daytime observations of a specific area, for example, targets at a shooting range (on a sunny day).
