I ordered a Prism 3200MHz kit and it installed relatively quickly. For the first week or so I had trouble getting the RAM to reach the full advertised speed. I seem to get stuck at 3000MHz. Today I found out it's because I'm an idiot. If you have similar problems, make sure you put the RAM in slots A2 and B2. I originally had them in A1, B1. and that was the problem. AMD mainly uses A2, B2, which allows for higher clock speeds. After fixing the problem for me, I was able to get them to work stably not only at 3200MHz but also at 3600MHz. The RAM also looks very good and is in sync with the original Asrock b450m Steel Legend board, I haven't had any issues. This board was used for a day so I switched to Asus Prime X470 Pro. Unfortunately, the RAM isn't compatible with Aura Sync, but that's not a problem on my end. I am looking to buy 2 more sticks to upgrade my system to 32GB later this week.
