Headphones broke trying to lengthen and adjust the earcup. Unfortunately, the headphones broke after the 30-day return period expired on October 1st. It was a birthday present, only opened on October 8th. I hope Revain will let me return or replace them anyway. Update of the original rating. Midola got back to me with a sincere apology and expressed concern about the broken headphones. They offered to replace it with a new pair. Good customer service is of great importance.
