I am writing this review having just received this product and having taken a group ride. My helmet looks like a brand new helmet (actually a bit better as these pads are much thicker than the original pads). I really prefer these pads to the originals. It's time to replace the originals and I actually forgot there are 2 sets in the Giro (found them after ordering these). But I'm glad I forgot that the Giro has a spare kit. They offer a lot more cushioning. The helmet is more comfortable with these pads than with the originals. Time will tell how well they hold up, but so far very pleased. I had to resize the helmet (loosen the Roc-Loc and chin straps) to accommodate the new pads. But IMHO there was nothing wrong with that.
