I've used this a few times and it seems to work well. I bought it to have more storage for my phone and to transfer files from samsung s7 to my mac book pro and it worked great. Doesn't work when the phone is in a case so I modified my case a bit to USE WITH MY PHONE IN A POCKET. When I plugged it in I didn't see anything, I had to swipe down from the top of the screen/notifications to see the VendorCo USB stick. Usage: After selecting the USB drive, I navigate to the files on the drive. , I have to click the back arrow to view "My Files" on my phone - select the categories and the category option. Ease of use only gets three stars. Otherwise everything ok, does what I need.
