Review on ZyDoc Transcription by Ronny Prather

I like that it is easy to use as it has all of my favorite features in one place. It also allows me to access transcription from anywhere which makes working remotely very convenient! The only thing about this software is that sometimes there are glitches when uploading documents but nothing too major or frequent. This happens less than 1% of the time though so not much to worry about. We have been able to reduce our manual process of transcribing by 70%. The ease of use is great! I can create my own templates or choose from the ones they have out there. There are many different options to customize your documents. You can also upload your own images if you want. It's easy to get started but it takes some time to learn all the features. I wish it was easier to change the font sizes and styles, as well as add more fonts. This would help with creating custom forms for patients. I am able to quickly turn around requests for medical records and billing.
