UPDATE: After two weeks of use, the pillow is not holding its shape. Will come back to invest in a better pillow. The package came in a very strange little box. When I opened the box, the pillow was wrapped tightly in another package and was almost impossible to open. When I finally opened it up, I let the pillow "breathe" for a few days. I also washed the outer lining as I was very concerned about how it got into the package. When I finally assembled the pillow, it was comfortable and soft. The packaging made me skeptical but this is the cheapest pillow on the market. It's pretty convenient. I would not buy from this company again just because of the packaging, it was difficult to open and made me doubt the product. I would probably return it before use if the box wasn't so small.
