I love these socks for my dog and have bought several sets but the velcro straps often break at the seam where the strap's hook attaches to the strap's loop. Are there spare belts? Or how would you recommend holding the pieces together? The material is difficult to pierce with a sewing needle. I'm assuming some sort of hot press glue was used during the manufacturing process. One more note: these socks hold up quite well on my dog's paws, but there is a delicate balance between velcro being too tight or too loose. Too loose and socks may come loose with regular wear. Too tight and they can cause your pup's paws to swell. It's best to keep a close eye on it until you figure out the correct tension.
