My chihuahua pug mix broke a nail and needed a bandage but kept chewing on it. I really didn't want to use a cone so I thought let's try putting a sock on it. He really didn't mind this sock and I think he liked the little grip on the sole. The sock fits perfectly with a bandage on the leg, but without a bandage it would be too big. This is a 16 lb dog and we used the small size. Even our vet commented on how good the sock shape design is and how well it keeps him from messing with it.

Well I bought a size too small so it was my fault. I bought these because the heat resistant boots I wanted weren't supposed to arrive until July. I figured that with our temperature of 118 degrees (Arizona), that might be enough to get her outside to do her business. Well, she took it well, but the black paw print on top and bottom got very hot. Almost too hot to touch. I know they're not supposed to protect their paws, that's what boots are for. I just thought if someone had the same thoughts

I love these socks for my dog and have bought several sets but the velcro straps often break at the seam where the strap's hook attaches to the strap's loop. Are there spare belts? Or how would you recommend holding the pieces together? The material is difficult to pierce with a sewing needle. I'm assuming some sort of hot press glue was used during the manufacturing process. One more note: these socks hold up quite well on my dog's paws, but there is a delicate balance between velcro being too
