Inconvenient angle adjustment requires an Allen key each time
Easy to install but requires tightening with an Allen key making it cumbersome if you want to readjust. Should be supplied with a manual clamping mechanism rather than using a tool or multiple preset locking positions. It is inconvenient to fix it tightly, because in the ideal position for viewing, the arm is stretched out, which prevents passengers from boarding and disembarking. Rubber stoppers fell off every now and then, eventually got lost. The overall design is good overall, but these practical issues need to be addressed to earn 5 stars.
